How to delete your account

In the app

1. Open Haxis and tap your account menu (top right).
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Enter your password, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete account.

On this page (no app needed)

1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Haxis.
2. We email you a 6-digit code (valid for 15 minutes).
3. Enter the code below. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address and password)
• Your profile and display name
• Your app preferences and notification settings, including device notification tokens
• Any club roles you held (for example, administrator or scorer)

What is kept

• Club league records: team rosters (your name, email address, and position), game results, and shot statistics belong to your club’s league history and are not removed automatically. To have them removed, ask your club administrator or email support@axis6.ca.
• Deletion record: a record of the request (your email address, the date, and your reason, if given) is kept for 12 months to confirm the deletion was completed, then removed.
